The session starts with an hours kayaking in the early morning sunshine out at sea.
Follow this with a healthy breakfast on the beach and then a short drive to the base of Table Mountain for either an hour's hiking, trail running or mountain biking, the choice is yours!
These sessions can be attempted by anyone. Not only will you do a great workout but you will also get to see some of the most beautiful scenery in the world!
These sessions also need to be pre-booked so our trainers can discuss your fitness level, any medical history that might be important and what combination would suit you best.
